Ideal for mixing in unique conditions, including where identification is of prime importance, where containers are very small (such as vials, tubes, and gradient makers), and where small sample volumes must be prepared and evaluated (such as environmental testing and life science applciations). PTFE stirring bars offer ultimate performance, long working life, and extreme versatility. PTFE coating features chemical resistance, thermal stability, low friction (with little or no adhesion), and insolubility (with high purity). Inert and leak-free. Isostatic encapsulation to eliminate cracks and porosity. Polished finish to reduce pickup and cross contamination.
